Services Description
Frexalondrex provides card and print making services including custom design, letterpress printing, digital printing, foil stamping, and related finishing services. All services are subject to availability and may vary based on project requirements.
Ordering and Payment
Orders placed through our website or in person are subject to acceptance and confirmation. Prices are quoted in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are subject to change without notice. Payment terms will be specified at the time of order confirmation.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Frexalondrex or our licensors and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Client Supplied Materials
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to use any materials (images, logos, text) provided for their print projects. Frexalondrex is not liable for any copyright infringement arising from client-supplied content.
Proofs and Approval
Digital proofs will be provided for approval before production. Once approved, Frexalondrex is not responsible for errors that were present in the approved proof. Clients should carefully review all proofs before giving final approval.
Consumer Guarantees Act 1993
If you are a “consumer” as defined in the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (for example, you acquire our goods or services for personal, domestic, or household use), nothing in these Terms of Use excludes or limits your rights under that Act. The guarantees and remedies in the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 apply in addition to these terms. We do not contract out of the Consumer Guarantees Act in respect of consumer transactions. Where you acquire goods or services in trade (for business purposes), different rules may apply and we may agree in writing to contract out of the Act where the law permits.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Frexalondrex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or this website. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot be excluded or limited by law, including under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (for consumer transactions) or the Fair Trading Act 1986.
Governing Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand. For claims within the applicable financial limit, you may also refer disputes to the Disputes Tribunal (disputestribunal.govt.nz) where appropriate.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website. Your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
