Our Promise
At Frexalondrex, we take pride in the quality of our card and print making services. We are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every order.
Your Statutory Rights (Consumer Guarantees Act 1993)
This Return Policy operates in addition to your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. If you are a “consumer” (for example, you bought our goods or services for personal, domestic, or household use), you have statutory guarantees that goods will be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and match their description. If those guarantees are not met, you may have the right to reject the goods, obtain a refund, replacement, or have the failure remedied. We do not exclude or limit those statutory rights. The following policy describes our voluntary commitments and processes; it does not replace your rights under the Act.
Custom Print Products
Due to the bespoke nature of our printing services, custom-designed products cannot be returned or refunded under this policy unless there is a production error on our part. This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 where the goods fail to meet the statutory guarantees. Our custom products include:
- Wedding invitations and stationery sets
- Custom business cards and corporate materials
- Personalised greeting cards
- Custom art prints and limited editions
Quality Issues
If you receive a product that has a defect or error caused by our production process, we will:
- Reprint the affected items at no additional cost
- Provide a full refund for the defective portion of your order
- Cover return shipping costs for defective items
Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order if you identify any quality issues.
Proof Approval
We provide digital proofs for your approval before production begins. Once you approve a proof, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for errors that were present in the approved proof. Please review all proofs carefully before giving final approval.
Shipping Damage
If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please:
- Document the damage with photographs
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Retain all packaging materials for inspection
We will work with you to resolve shipping damage claims promptly.

- Description of the issue
- Photographs showing the problem
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days using the original payment method. You will receive confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
